I love seeing and analyzing these stats! Jeremy Kinnick came in ahead of Craig McCarroll? Looking at their respective stats, one wouldn't put money on this outcome. I think this goes to show that it all comes down to what you can make happen on THAT DAY. Perhaps consistency is the 11th piece of fitness?

i'd like to note that also jeremy's amazing performance also comes from strict full ROM on every WOD. Full Rom = Full Gains = Maximum Performance. can't get any better than that.

WAY TO GO BROTHER!!!!
And Jeremy did so great because he can push himself to extreme lengths to catch someone who is ahead of him. Kind of really intense =]. He's a force to be reckoned with.
CROSSFIT GAMES HERE WE COME!!

There is no one at the gym working harder then Jeremy day in and day out. No matter how good he gets he always treats every WOD like it's his last. Jeremy, Jon and Jake run a great box in Upland,CA; Crossfit Kinnick. As Josh would say, "don't trip".
