Andy you killed that second WOD. No wonder your favorite is Nicole. You show everyone that world class fitness is possible past forty. Wow awesome performance. Represent for socal in aromas. We at Orange Coast CrossFit will be there cheering you on

So rad that Andys stats arent off the charts on every wod (well except that cindy, wow), shows you can rock it and dont have to have amazing benchmark numbers. Way to go Andy!

Andy! Congratulations! I am glad to see I won't be the oldest competitor at the Games! ;-D Solid work! I am looking forward to seeing you in July!!

There may have been quite a few younger, faster, and stronger competitors at the regional qualifiers, but Andy's performance on the 2nd WoD (80 unbroken [30, 30, 20] OH squats before lowering the bar to his shoulders; compare that to the next closest competitor who did 50) displays the extent of his mental toughness and focus. I have no doubt that many CF Games competitors with "amazing bench mark numbers" are going to be shocked to see Andy keeping up with them when the real competition begins.

Go CFLA!
