You certainly were the dark horse of the field and snuck up on everyone on Day 1. You certainly made your mark and good luck for your prep and at the games this year. I know you will do us Aussies proud - we will be cheering you on.

He was no dark horse to us! He let his actions do the talking rather than an inflated ego and half repped posted times.

Brett - For those of us who haven't ventured down south yet to see you guys in action, it was impressive to see what you guys and CF Vic are doing. Need to come down and do some work with you. Wasn't surprised to see so many of you right up the leaderboard.

Ben - I hear you

Chris is a great athlete and will do well at the Games.

He got the job done no fuss no drama.

His first heat was a cracker. Even when there was no one close to push him.

Kick ass in the US mate

Chris' recent success definitely doesn't come as a surprise to anyone who trains at CrossFit Melbourne. However, despite his obvious athletic prowess his most impressive attributes are without question are his modesty and humbleness.

The whole CrossFit family led by Benj S is truly unique. I dare say there's not too many other gyms out there that posses such a strong culture.

Chris you already make us all so proud!

It's my honour to train you guys and get amazed every day what each of you can do and put in.
