There really should be Terminator theme music being played while you read this profile. Val kicks ass at Crossfit but is an even better motivator/person/ friend. All of us at Crossfit Culver City are better athletes because of her. Thanks VAL! Now go kick some ass at The Games! (Dun...Dunn dunn ...dunn dunn dunn...) that would be the Terminator Theme. FTW

Val is amazing, even after schooling everyone on any WOD she has enough energy to run the last 400 hundred in with us mortals cheering us on the whole way. So many of us have been inspired and motivated by her attitude and dedication. Go Val!!!!!

I am proud to be your new husband and proud to have you as my wife. Thanks for being such a great inspiration to everyone around you. I was truly inspired as you cheered on your fellow competitors during the qualifiers. I was also very glad to finally see you tired after a WOD... ;)

Congrats to all of the competitors - those who are going to the games to compete, those who will be going to support and those who will be there in spirit! We challenge ourselves daily and I like to think that as we try to better ourselves we can also better those around us. GO CROSSFIT!
