Way to go Andy. It was truly amazing to see you compete! You seemed to put yourself in to a Zen like trance and crushed the wods. You are a truly humble competitor and an inspirational athlete. No wonder they call you "The Urban Monk". Great work and good luck to you in the games this summer.

Andy is one of the most humble guys I've met, and he totally tears it up at any workout. He has no holes in his game, truly an all-around athlete. He'll do awesome at the Games in July.

To second and third what has been said above... Andy is an amazing athlete, a great coach and one hell of stand up guy. CrossFit Vancouver is lucky to have him in our corner. Watching his performance and determination on a daily basis motivates me to constantly improve my game. We had a great weekend competing side by side in Calgary, that final WOD was intense to say the least. I'm so glad you qualified, you should be proud of your accomplishment... Now go do us proud and kick some ass in Cali!

So pumped to see that "Sack Attack" qualified and will be representing Western Canada in July. He was and will always be my CrossFit coach and a good friend. Hell of a guy who I think really turned a corner with his fitness in the middle of the Squat Clean and Jerk workout at last years games...I think Sack has a great shot at placing high this year....that is if he stays away from those cookies.

Great work Andy...I knew you could do it.

P.S. Andy was a game time decision to even compete in the regionals as he pulled his back out two days prior. Apparently he had 5 seperate physio session in the two days in Cow Town and still finished 2nd.

Sac,
Best of luck buddy, I'll be watching to see great results from you in the games.

Hey Sack,

Try not to get your back all wound up 2 days out with heavy rapid fire thrusters before Aromas... But then again you did come in 2nd so who am I to question your methods. ;)

Can't wait to see what Sack is going to bring to the Games!!
I know the love is getting a little repetitive here.. but it's all true..

Andrew is an amazing coach who always has time for you no matter what your skill level, he's a phenomenal athlete who gives 115% every time, and he's simply an all-around good guy!

Best wishes in Aromas!!
