96 pull-ups. . . . . . Do we still consider Speal a human at this point?!?

If this profile were just about ANYONE else, I would assume that was a typo. That's amazing. Angie unbroken, anyone?

38 rouunds of Cindy? We need to see way more videos of Speal. Please Chris start tapping your workouts and posting them on youtube. You don't need to edit them just put them up like OPT used to do.
Plus the strength numbers compared to bodyweight are off the charts. 190 lbs Snatch at a 139.
I officially have a man crush.

I'm not trying to give you an ego, Chris...

but if I were to approach you with a business proposal to start a sports drink where the main ingredient was "Speal Sweat" would you be interested?

I estimate sales to be in the millions within the first year based off the above comments.

Zach, I'll start collecting now. You get the marketing done :) Great work at the qualifiers. Looking forward to all of us representing Utah.

It was great to watch you again at the qualifiers. Thanks for being such a good friend and inspiration to me over the past year and half. Thanks for being so cool to me during my little "poor me" episode! Hopefully I will be feeling well enough for the video tape WOD so I can add to the Utah force at the Games!!

first i read 38 rounds of cindy, and was very impressed. Then i scrolled a little further down, and saw a 190lb snatch at bw 139 lbs and was further impressed. Then i read 96 pullups unbroken!! and now i don't think words really describe my level of shock and aw. I agree with the pie post more vids on youtube!

96 Pull-ups!? Good God! Is there nothing this guy does that isn't impressive? One of my favorite videos is Speal doing the 4x 400m/50 Squats. The Games are gonna be great!

Chris, my friend, congratulations, once again. As always, I love every varied opportunity I get to work with you, be it at certs, coordinating this event, working out in general, and now, in a competition on our home turf. Good luck with your training, and best of luck to you in Aromas. See you there!!

If I had 3 wishes in life, one of them would be to be a Speal.

To compete in the CrossFit games would be a pipe dream for average guys like myself. I would love to get the chance to see Speal and the other superheros compete in person. Seeing amazing athletes like Chris and Josh Everett compete is my SuperBowl.

Yes, I can out-press Speal! Granted I weigh 190 and only out-press him by 10lbs. :)

As someone who is just about the same size as Speal, 5'5"ish and 140, it's really inspiring for me to see the enormous numbers he puts up. There is nothing more effective at destroying my "well, I can't lift THAT because I'm small" excuse. Now that I mention it, maybe I don't love Speal, that would be a great excuse if it wasn't for him constantly blowing it out of the water. Oh well, guess I'll just have to train harder. Now if I can just double my Cindy score and then add 4 more rounds for good measure . . .

I'm really pulling for you Speal, but so far, i have to say the first two events aren't exactly "up your alley (run and heavy deads)." Anyway, hope you do well man... Good Luck!!!

All I can say is WOW man! As someone who is the same size (5'3" and 135 lbs) and looks like a similar body comp as me it's awesome to see whats achievable! I've been cross fitting for a little over a month now and am hopelessly hooked. I just want to say thanks for setting the bar and giving me some goals to exceed in the future! Keep up the awesome work and don't slow down!

Chris - hey old neighbor. I guess that flex-arm-hang time you posted in 9th grade was legit after all?

I agree with the guy who suggested you start filming your workouts and posting on youtube. Way to keep after it bro.
