You're totally going to have to give up your Pasta Bowl habit if you're going to represent at the Games. Marinara doesn't count as a vegetable.

Very few people are as thoughtful & genuinely kind as you. I feel blessed that you're my friend & for the chance to train right along side you. The fact that you're a bonafide bass ass is like the creme fraiche on top of all that makes you amazing.

And no, creme fraiche isn't really the best protein.

Seriously, though, it's about time you set some goals for yourself.

Feng you are my inspiration every day. Whenever the going gets tough I think of you doing those impossible WODs and making it look easy. Kill it in Cali. We know you will since you always, always go heavy and high. Go for it outlier.
