After witnessing this guy in action firsthand, I have to say that he's my new favorite crossfitter. Humble Assassin is right! During WOD #3 he was in the mix with competitors who boast a CFT of 1200+, but somehow his bar looked the lightest and easiest to move. I suspect that scientists will soon map his crossfit gene...

The video of you doing kettle bell swings is amazing. You're the cool, zen center of things and the KB just orbits at the end of your arms. With the others, you can see them struggle to lift the KB.
