All I can say about Joy is she is like a Lion in Wolf's clothing. As dangerous as she looks at first glance when you see those stats and stuff she is even more dangerous. Pure firebreather in every way.

The first time I worked out at the same time as Joy, I remember thinking that she must be a little crazy, because from where I was (sprawled on the floor, oxygen-deprived, along with everyone else!) I thought I heard her say that she wanted to do another round..!
She did say that, and she always does more, does it again, and does it faster.. and heavier!
In other words, she's the kind of crazy I'm striving to be.. :o)
ROCK THE GAMES, JOY!!

Joy, you were so inspiring to watch at the qualifiers. You give the rest of us something to strive for. I like your modesty and your genuine attitude, it has put you in a league of your own. PS. All the Calgary guys have a crush on you!
