Impressive performance! I can't wait for the games. For men you think appropriate weights would be 185 on the C+J and 135 on the Snatch?

For men it should be 135# C&J and 95# Power snatch.
Caity is just super strong.

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
Caity got 15 rounds on this WOD - 85lbs
This is reason enough to go to the games, just to watch Caity Matter wreck shop.

We did this WOD at Front Range Crossfit yesterday. It's a great WOD and will make you dig deep. We have very powerful Women in our gym, and the Caity weight is what they used.
They rocked..
The Male equivalent we did was 185lbs/135lbs. I think this was absolutely the right weight for Men. Any lighter I think takes away from what makes this a really great WOD.
