There's just one thing to say: Can you ever get enough of Jeff Tincher?

Giving a new meaning to ROM (Relative Old Man), Jeff is an American hero. Firefighter, father, affiliate, trainer, athlete. He's humble, focused, dedicated, and strong as an ox.

I know I speak from all of us at Crossfit Fairfax. We can never get enought of JeffT! It's not only his intensity that we admire, but also who he is: a great trainer & partner, an unconditional friend and, of course, an extraordinaire athlete!

Maggie has it dead-on. Jeff is simply awe- inspiring. He is as genuine as he is strong/fast, a fantastic coach, a great motivator and a fervent leader. Jeff - you make us proud!
