Nice choice of workouts. The spirit of competition looks to be real high - great preparation for the qualifier!

Killer song by the way, really liking that techno beat. What song is that? Anyone know?
And does anyone else always try to figure out which songs are used on CrossFit videos? When I use them on my IPod, it reminds me of how hard fellow CrossFitters put out, and it motivates me to do more. Adds so much meaning to what would be just another song.

Am I wrong or was that a chin over bar standard?

That song is by Alaska in Winter - pretty good stuff! The shirts are The Fittest Games Shirts at CrossFit Central. We still have some available @ our gym. Marcus & Joey at CrossFit Oahu made them, they're awesome!!!

The challenge was incredible - Can't wait to see everyone next weekend @ The Championship!

How long did they rest between workouts? We are thinking of doing them.

Sarah, there was 2 hours between the start time of the two workouts for each competitor.

Keir - thanks for the reply re: rest time.

Those workouts were brutal! I only rested an hour b/w finishing the first and starting the second, and I'm not sure how much an extra 45 min or so would have helped!
#1 = 9:08, #2 = 15:00, total = 24:08 (as rx'ed for female)

Is there any way someone could post the results of the individual workouts for, say, the top 5 females (and males, I guess)?? I'm just curious where I could have shaved off 5 (!!) or so minutes ;) ...your athletes are so strong and fast! Thanks!
