Speal - What are you listening to when you are running? When I saw you reach for your headphones on the second run it got me really curious as to what would be so good that it couldn't wait 800m. Inspirational to say the least. Best of luck at the games this year.

Those are not headphones-they are supposed to look like headphones, but they actually contain trace amounts of kryptonite so that Speal stays on the ground when he runs. Flying is an automatic DQ.

Has anyone checked to see if Speal is human?

It appears that he's a robot, built specifically for CrossFit.

Stunning performance.

If Spealler endorsed a set of headphones I would purchase. Seriously.

Do you have a store at you website - ?

I couldn't find it and I want to get a CF Park City - t-shirt or something "Spealler.

I think it is the only shirt Dutch wears.

Sevan, I was just thinking of that today, so hopefully soon! Just got some new tshirts in. Underware... not yet :)

Ryan, I was listening to Jeremy Camp on the last run. Needed some chill music to help keep my mind calm on that last run. It was nasty and I didn't want to hear how hard I was breathing, so headphones indeed!

Eric, and Zach: so pumped to be going to the games with you guys!

Jeremy Camp is def a good warm up music/workout music. So is David Crowder. Check both of them out.

Speal - Awesome job. Look forward to meeting you in Aromas.

Keep your focus and your intensity up!

Were the box jumps 24" or 30"? The page says 30" but the video says 24". Either way, great job by Speal, Zach and Eric.

Does every male competitor go shirtless... hahaha I've seen so many videos where guys start with a shirt on then take it off... hilarious - That's why you don't wear cotton - which to wicking material - ie under armour, dri-fit, climalite

If that was 155lb... what kind of bumpers were on the bars with a single bumper on each side???

45lb bar + 2 52.5lb bumbers? Am I missing something? That wasn't 135lb?

24. Jamie Crichton wrote...

55lb bumpers. 110 for the weights and 45 for the bar. Or a 20kg bar with two 25kg bumpers to make 70kg total, in new money.

I was a part of the set up crew. 90% of the bumpers were in kilo's. You are correct Jamie!!
