I want to give props to Tucker and his staff for what I am sure is going to be a fantastic event. I have heard great things about the facility and the people involved. I look forward to meeting everyone and competing. Also, I think that not knowing the WODs until Friday ads a different element that some of the other regionals did not have. I am not sure whose decision that was but way to stay true to the crossfit program and good luck to everyone!

with any kind of luck it may stop raining down here. we've been getting pounded all week. but if we have to lift in a rain soaked mud hole it will sure make for a great video. lets go!

Rain, who cares about rain? Mud, bring it! This is crossfit and we will wrestle the lighting God himself if need be.

One of the things that I love about crossfit is how it reminds me of times when I was a firefighter. I had constant battles in my mind during physical fatique while doing my job - rain or shine, hail or snow, hot or cold, we got our gear and answered the call of duty no matter what the conditions. No matter if we as teams were rested and physically optimal or menatlly drained form the last scene - we jumped on that truck and headed to where the response required when someone called for help.

Let the games, begin!

Tucker - we are really happy to hear the flu epidemic hasn't caused major problems. We are even feeling the effects way over on the east coast. Good luck - hope things run smooth for you!
