I've been to Central once, but I forget how high the pull up bars are. I want to try the workout...How high should the bar I use be?

sorry for the spelling. 2 year old hanging from my arm. you get the point though. This guy is going to be competing in California. He has been doing it right all year. that video is a joke compared to his real ability.

I get to workout with Lance on a regular basis, and like Richard's comment, he is the real deal! The scary thing for anybody competing against Lance is that he is just getting started in Crossfit.... unlimited potential.

Lance beats me at 75% of the workouts we do at Crossfit Central. I wouldnt of come close in last years games if it wasnt for him.

Solid effort Lance. I've watched several of your vids at the CC site. You bring it every time.

Absolutely hilarious page address. Wasn't expecting it when I looked up at the address bar. Cracked me up.

I take 1:1's with Lance. Got to say he's a great coach in both technique and motivation. Plus, he's a CF beast and a genuine, quality person. Good luck in Dallas, man.
