Guys,

Everyone has made it to Sunday. It is just that the top 10 men and women are making up the last 2 heats of the day. It is going to a staggered start just like last year in Aromas....but just like last year those athletes outside the top 10 still have a shot. Look at the results from today....there is not much difference from 2-20. Things will get shaken up tomorrow...remember Jeremy Thiel and Jason Khalipa from last year. Remember, it is the combined scores of all 4 workouts.

Sunday's WOD is 21-15-9 Squat Snatch (95/65) and Chest-to-Bar pull-ups.

The Sunday WOD is:

21-15-9
Squat Snatch 95#/65#
C2B Pull-ups

...Seems like an odd way to end it to me, considering we already had the overhead squat at the same weight, but that's just me. I was expecting pullups, and something overhead, but was thinking a clean and jerk or just a push jerk at higher weight would be a better balance to today's WODs. In any case, The WODs today were really good tests of balanced fitness. There were some amazing performances, and it was fun to be a part. The games this year are going to be filled with an impressive bunch.

Anyway, good luck tomorrow.

I can't say I'm surprised to see Blair's performance after seeing him train at Balance.

Good luck to all the competitors tomorrow. Wish I was there, guys.

Blair is a machine. The harder the workout the more he excells. A Princeton version of a energizer rabbit. He is a CrossFit beast. Amazing. Goodluck today and in Santa Cruz
