Pictured is Chuck Carswell after Uneven Grace.

Chuck and Mike Giardina (20th overall in the 2008 Games) have been hitting it hard. Here is a video of them doing the main site WOD from January 14, 2009. Chuck, at a body weight of 197lbs, finished with a triple Overhead Squat at 120kg or 264lbs. Mike G, at 183lbs, finished with a triple at 105kg or 231lbs.

These guys are going to be a force to reckon with in the Dirty South!
