Brutal finisher. I believe the great minds of Boz and Robb Wolf had a great deal to do with this beast of a workout. Khallipa tested it in around 20 minutes.
The boys would want to have packed their short and curlies in this morning!

Good grief, what a grinder. Are hard hats optional?

are kalipha and gentry exempt to the games based on their placing last year? i noticed neither of them are at qualifiers.

anyone that can make it through today's workout and still walk... i'll be putting my money on them at the games....

Yeah, that WOD was unreal to watch...especially when it started raining. The final hill run (slide) was quite a sight to see. Props to all the guys and girls today for great performances. Jeff Leonard is an abosolute beast!

I know Khalipa has a bye for the Qualifiers because he was 1st last year. Tamara from CFO also told me she got one because she placed 4th. I don't know to what place it extends but she was 5th.

Hi Blair,

It extends to 5th place.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the event this weekend!

Great workouts, great competition, and a great community.
