The Rocky Mountain Regional Qualifiers are here!! This upcoming weekend Skip Miller will be hosting the event at his box Front Range CrossFit. The Day 1 workouts will be:
Workout 1
3 rounds for time of:
8 deadlifts, 300 lbs (195 lbs)
400 meter run
Workout 2
3 rounds for time of:
10 Chest to Bar Pullups
10 Front squats, 165 lbs (105 lbs)
10 Burpees

They are decieving bastards those babies! Burpees after FS...look for some serious jelly legs.

You guys are in trouble! I've seen Matt Chan do very well on Deadlifts and Burpees. Those WOD's look like it is right down his alley. Kick some ass Matt. My money is on you brother.

just practiced both today. loved both of them. the burpees after the front squats are definitely a killer. the heavy deads are no joke either. both of these wods are gonna be balls to the wall b/c they are so short. good luck to all of the competitors.

Hey All!
I signed up for the regionals but did not realize I had a final exam on Saturday. I can't get out of it so I can't compete. If anyone still wants to compete, they can go in my spot. The cost to hold my place was $100. I am willing to work with you on the cost.
