This was such a well put together event, a big thank you to all who helped put this event together.

This was my first experience competing at this level and it was a great one to say the least. Congratulations to all the qualifiers, good luck in Aromas.

Big Thanks to the Marina BOX! Great job, outstanding qualifier!

BIG BIG BIG congrats to my soon to be wife Valerie MacKenzie! Our wedding was supposed to be on April 19th, we moved it so that Val could have the opportunity to qualify. She exceeded her expectations by a mile (she didn't really exceed CrossFit Culver City's expectations - We all know what a powerhouse she is).

I look forward to getting my ARSE kicked for the rest of my life. Bring on the WOD's! Congrats VALERIE!

Congrats to all of the competitors - The heat was brutal, the competition was strong. NOW SOUTHERN CALI must represent at the GAMES. 3-2-1... well you get the point.

INCREDIBLE DISPLAY OF FITNESS, ENDURANCE AND HEART BY EVERYONE! Congratulations to everyone, and especially to all of the competitors who are going on to Aromas: you all were spectacular. And special congrats to KIM BALL from CrossFit360, who came out of nowhere, lit up the radar and put CrossFit360 on the map! OUTSTANDING!

Congrats to Andy! Way to go, you really kicked ass this weekend! It is awesome to see an affiliate owner put himself out there and compete! Great job!

I just wanted to say thanks to all the coaches who did a great job encouraging us while keeping the reps legit. You all helped to step the competition up to the next level (about 2 ft higher, if you want to put a number on it). The event was well done all around - those who were running it and the volunteers did an awesome job ensuring that it went smoothly. It was a great day to loose feeling in your legs. I'm looking forward to next year.

Also, great job CFLB!!!!

Wow what a weekend! Finished all the workouts but nowhere near the top, the qualifier really demonstrated the value of belonging to an affiliate. There is no wall-ball at a globo gym, nowhere to drop a weight while working on technique, and definitely no one to coach you on proper form for all these crossfit-specific lifts.

After eight months of trying to do this stuff on my own, I'm definitely paying some of my new friends a visit at their affiliates soon. 321 go!

Thank you, Steve and Denise, for running such an awesome event. The judges were great, and everything ran smoothly. I had an absolute blast!!! I look forward to watching these ladies represent So Cal at The Games. And I cannot wait for next years' Qual. I'm still on a "high" from the weekend! Whoo-Hoo!!!

I'm a bit confused from the highlight videos, are those stepups supposed to be their box jumps? Is that allowed by the standards?
