I just ordered a 75lb "BLACKHAWK" series weight vest from weightvest.com. The company that stands behind the “Blackhawk” name is a very solid American owned business, as is the founder, Navy SEAL Mike Noel. That be the reason for the “!” after the Blackhawk name. And yes, I have ordered many high quality products made by Blackhawk.
