I had the pleasure of coaching a couple athletes through this. It was inspiring to watch them tackle 3 workouts within 7 hours. Josh Nimmo has a time of around 22:00...so close. Congrats to everyone who made the attempts and to those who made it. Also, Tony did a great job with answering the numerous questions. good luck

We are super stoked to see Kallista's name on that list! It was really inspiring to watch her last year and we have no doubt this year will be more of the same.

I guess OPT didn't decide to go for it? Or didn't qualify. Either way, Bummer

Well lookie lookie, Kallista is back in Aromas! And OPT did not submit any videos. I'm quite sure he'd be on that list if he did!

did peter egyed not compete at a qualifier? after seeing the way he rolled through these workouts it is hard for me to believe that he wouldn't have finished at the top of any qualifier.
congrats to all who made it. my roommate missed it by 36 seconds. time to start training for next year for us.

i could be wrong, but i don't think OPT had to submit a video OR go to the regional qualifiers. i thought i heard somewhere that since he won the games in 2007 that he automatically qualifies. same for jolie gentry.

Awesome times! WOW, these people are going to rock it in Aromas. Peter did compete in the Great Basin Qualifiers - he was a beast, I think the handstand pushups took him out then. No doubt that he is working on those before the games

CFHQ
Quick Question: OPT demontrated the standards for the Jackie WOD and specifically stated that no rack was allowed!? I veiwed a couple of the girls videos and some had a rack....even in the demo Tony had for filming there was not a rack...if someone could clarify that would be great!

Sweet, Kallista qualified, she was super hot. I need more videos of her. Girls who still have a feminine physique-- lithe, yet strong, are the best.

Tommy Hackenbruck's sub-10 on the NW qualifier's WOD was the most impressive CF thing I've seen in person so it's great to see him move on.
