For many, the CrossFit community is the biggest draw. The camaraderie and competition are infrequently shared in many environments, but found in abundance in CrossFit.

John Buffone and Marty Cej of BNN fame were a two man film crew at the 2009 CrossFit Games. They are producing news-styled, behind the scenes videos about the Games unlike anything we've produced before.

In this video they talk about the CrossFit community as a whole, and how the Games are an extension of this community.

This news-style video captures what I enjoy most about CrossFit. The community is what makes CrossFit the best sport in the world.

One of the best CF vids I have seen. Well done to its creators.

Unlike your typical CF video, its not a WOD demo.....its not an amazing physical achievement such as 106 straight pullups.....any yet it captures the heart of that special x-factor that bonds distant strangers from around the globe, inspires us, and drives us towards personal physical accolades that would not have been possible without such a brotherhood of cameraderie that fills each box, warehouse garage and web blog.

It's nice to be a part of the club isnt it.

High-fives all round!

Awesome!! Looooove it! Can't wait for 2010!!!

Great job Annie! I am sure you have already perfected the movement.

Christy, I will never forget your encouragement on that last chipper. Ultimate act of selflessness.

The CrossFit community is unlike any other in the fitness or athletic world and for this I am so thankful. I have competed in, organized, and witnessed a variety of competitive athletic events and there is not one that comes close to comparing to what happens between athletes as well as spectators at CrossFit "competitions". The camaraderie is indescribable and unbelievable to any outsider. This is the reason I believe we go back...even when the pain is so real in our minds.

Charity, I don't think I ever thanked you for the encouragement and the swig of water during the OH lunges in the chipper...THANK YOU! You were amazing. I heard it all through Dave Castro's mic and it was unreal :) Thanks for staying with the rest of us and pushing us to the end!

Awesome video! I didn't like seeing Angel cry though :( It almost made me cry...

If the crossfit community was not as strong as it is I would've had no problem leaving after that first workout kicked my ass... But nooo, after people take the time after they busted their ass to help coach and push you while you finish yours.. how are you going to let them down and never show again?! You aren't.. youre now the newest addition to the community and you aren't going anywhere! In fact the next day you're going to go back, and if you aren't last your going to help the people that are last finish and get threw that damn WOD... unless you cant move or are puking somewhere. Haha. :p
