the triplet by Patrick Burke was one of the more impressive performances in my opinion. steady movement during the entire wod. watch his kb swings if you haven't yet, most impressive part of the wod.

Come on Sevan, you should write down intelligent practice questions before the interview so that you don't ask such stupid ones during the actual thing:) Incredible work capacity gentlemen, very impressive

I'll echo the first comment. It was pretty incredible seeing the steady state of output for the entire workout. If it had been 10 minutes, I don't know if he would have slowed down. An awesome example of how to minimize transition time and not let the mind get in the way of what the body can do. Nothing wasted, nothing left in the tank.

Awesome job Pat...It was a privilege to have a good seat for your show!

Any chance of maybe getting a little footage of Mikko? Feel like he's been a bit short changed! Didn't Glassman have to get confirmation that he got his name right on a recent video? The guy is a phenomenon and should be studied!! Not to take away from the athletes in this vid - Khalipa, Thiel, Burke are legends.

Thanks for the kind words. I really enjoyed that workout...I think what I had tried to answer to Sevan was that I had done similar versions of this workout in my pre-games training. Of course I had coupled them with heavy weight lifting sessions and/or longer endurance stuff, but I was able to manage the work pretty good because I felt comfortable in the with the time, reps, and weight.

thanks again. I'm only glad that Spealler wasn't in this one. I can't imagine how many rounds he would've pulled off.
